Whether or not to autoencode absolute URLs in JSP pages, true/false value, the default is false. Absolute URLs are URLs starting with a procotol definition, ie for instance http://the.site.com/text.txt. With autoencoding enabled sessions will be tracked automatically for clients without cookie capabilities.
